Driving School Teacher get Drunk Driving Charge

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. – The owner of an Albuquerque driving school has been charged with driving while intoxicated after crashing his car. Police said the man was arrested Aug. 6 after he crashed his car in Rio Rancho. Police spokesman John Francis said when officers responded, the man had “an odor of intoxication on his breath; bloodshot, red watery eyes; slurred speech.” Read the rest of this entry →

N.M. man arrested on 28th DWI charge

Bernalillo County sheriff’s deputies have arrested a man on suspicion of driving while intoxicated, marking his 28th such offense. Joseph Brill, 53, was driving on a revoked license when deputies saw him park in a driveway in a northeast Albuquerque neighborhood and fall out of his pickup truck Wednesday evening.
